Psychologist Licensure in the State of Nevada
Welcome to Nevada. The $150 application fee is non-refundable. Please review the Board's Frequently Asked Questions page for the requirements for all applicants for licensure.
The State of Nevada does not currently have reciprocity with any state or province. A licensure by endorsement application process is offered to CPQ, ABPP and NRHSPP certificate holders, as well as those who have been licensed for 20 or more years. Please note, the State Exam and Background check are required for ALL licensure applicants including certificate holders and those licensed for 20 years or more. If you meet these requirements, please make sure to mark the appropriate certification on your application form.
To apply for licensure, submit the Online Applicant Screening form or mail in your Applicant Screening form with a check:
- (Online) submit the Online Applicant Screening and Payment Form

(Mail) complete the Psychologist Applicant Screening Form and mail it to the Board office with a check for your $150 application fee.
