Psychological Trainee Registration

When is registration as a Psychological Trainee required?

Registration as a Psychological Trainee is required only for those individuals whose supervisors will be requesting MEDICAID reimbursement for the services provided by the student. Students must provide their applications to register as a Psychological Trainee to the Board office with the required application fee.

Application Form

To apply to register as a Psychological Trainee, you can either:

• Complete and submit the application form, available here: PT Registration Application Form, or
• Complete and submit the Online PT Registration Application.

Once the Board office receives your application and application fee, it will provide the additional documents and information required for registration.
